1- How Far Is Your Motel From The Beach ? - Our property is located two and a half to three blocks from the beach. (8 to 10 minute walk)

2- How Up To Date Are Your Pictures On Your Web Site ? - We have our pictures changed on our site from season to season. As we try to keep our pictures of our accommodations  as current as possible, we also like to put a wide assortment on our web site as well.

3- Does Your Motel Have Phones In The Rooms ? - We do not have phones in any of our accommodations. With the growing trend and popularity of mobile phones and cell phones, the motel does not have a phone system. Phone messages to our guests can be gladly taken by the front desk during normal business hours.

4- What Amenities Do The Efficiency Apartments Have In The Kitchens? - All of our efficiency apartments include a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and sink. Our poolside apartments also supply stove tops and our front apartments have plug in stove tops available upon request. A limited supply of plastic dishes, cups, silverware will be provided to all efficiency apartments along with coffee filters and napkins.

5-When Is The Earliest My Party Can Check In?- Our staff can not guarantee the room will be ready until the set check-in time. (2PM) However guests can come earlier (during office hours) to register and pick up their free beach passes. Also we do allow guests to use the pool before check-in time. Note: the motel pool does not have a bathroom/changing area and we cannot guarantee immediate off street parking at the time.
