All Reservations Over The Phone Will Be Charged An Initial NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of $20.00 Per Day For Processing/Administration On Day Of Booking-*WHICH WILL GO TOWARD THE COST OF YOUR STAY*
The Remaining Amount Of The Deposit Will Be Processed 1-2 Weeks Before Arrival-

CANCELLATION/REFUND Policy-
7 Day Refund Policy For Standard Units/ 14 Day Refund Policy For Eff Apt's and Suites
Cancellations That Occur 7 To 14 Days Or MORE Prior To Arrival Date- Only The Processing/Administrative Deposit Is Forfeited
Cancellations That Occur LESS Than 7 To 14 Days Prior To Arrival Date- The Entire Deposit Will Be Forfeited (RAIN OR SHINE- No Exceptions)

MODIFICATION Policy-
If Modifications Occurs 7-14 Days Or Less Prior to Arrival, The Deposit Remains For The Dates Reserved. It Cannot Be Used For New Dates Requested.
